THE CHALLENGE

Eventbrite’s self-service platform enables event organizers to seamlessly plan, promote, and ticket millions of events every year. As our business continues to grow and scale, so do the challenges we’re asked to solve so that we can deliver on our mission of bringing the world together through live experiences.

THE TEAM

You’ll be joining a talented and experienced team focusing on further demonstrating the feasibility and possibility of internal ideation through the development of rapid prototypes and minimum-viable products. We're also a people-focused Engineering organization: the women and men on our team value working together in small teams to solve big problems, supporting an active culture of mentorship and inclusion, and pushing themselves to learn new things daily. This is a unique opportunity to influence both the future of the business and the industry in a huge way.

The Reporting team focuses on helping event creators obtain critical information to grow and expand their businesses. Our team works closely with other internal pillars to optimize the creator experience through enhanced backend and frontend functionality. Our work includes creating new dashboards and landing pages, building frontend components, and improving our independent backend infrastructure.

Our engineering teams own their services and systems end to end from requirements gathering to deployment to maintenance. Team members follow an on-call rotation to ensure any issues are mitigated immediately and root causes are rectified.

THE ROLE

You will solve challenging technical problems, own your products end-to-end and help take the company to the next level. This isn't just an opportunity to join an amazing team, but also to have an impactful role in the way we take our platform to the next stage.

We’ve got a culture focused on smarts, kindness, continual learning, and feedback… and our people love it. Come find out why!

  • Strong desire to collaborate on building tools to improve the developer experience
  • Proven ability to respectfully influence architectural and technical decisions
